Intel introduced four Intel Xeon processor chips last Monday and three of the company called "the largest enterprise-class processors product launch" Since the delivery of the first multi-processor chip capacity in 1995.
All four new processor Xeon processor DP, or dual-use processing chips. Intel introduced new Xeon MP processor four-way and larger systems two weeks ago. The new Xeon deposit insurance system is built on a 0.13 micron process. Each side 512 KB of integrated cache, and support for them to join the 533 MHz front-side bus. The scope of the processor speed from 2.8 GHz to 2 GHz, prices range from $ 455 down to 198 1000 shares.
One of three new chipset for servers. Intel e7501 chipset for two-way servers to provide a high-performance bump with the new processor 533 MHz front-side bus. Intel e7505 chipset, formerly codenamed "alluvial", is a two-way workstations running Intel Xeon processors. Intel e7205 chipset, formerly codenamed "Granite Bay" is the single Pentium 4 processor, entry-level workstations. Workstation chipsets support USB 2.0 and AGP 8X graphics-intensive applications.
Intel also introduced five new server platform for the licensing of builders.
