Filing is in response to Microsoft to the pleadings, the writ of certiorari Tuesday facts, and requested the Supreme Court to consider whether the United States District Court Judge Thomas penfield Jacksons behaviour is not professional enough to be dished out his findings of fact and conclusions of law .

United States Court of Appeals also threw out Jacksons remedy - breaking Microsoft into two companies - But let him stand on the facts and the law for the award. The Court of Appeal ordered a retrial on the browser operating system tied problems.

Friday filing argued that the Ministry of Justice, the Supreme Court should wait for the consideration of the situation until the retrial over the District Court and the Court of Appeal has re-consider, because in the entire process may end, again.
