NetSupport Debuts Desktop Mass Notification System
School security solutions provider netsupport Wednesday launched a new notification system, not targeted phone or e-mail client software, but in desktops. With the new system, netsupport notice, and now in the testing phase and is being shown off at the booth fetc netsupport meeting will be on this week in Orlando, Florida.

Netsupport provide immediate notification to the desktop via the LAN or Bay. It includes a dedicated gateway messaging notification multiple network segments or sites, without changing the network or switch configuration, the company said. It also has the ability to record and transmit information to confirm the information.

Netsupport notice, and is currently testing support for Mac OS X and Windows. Final release date has not yet been announced.
